COMPLETELY let go during this class. The first half will be fully relaxing muscles (rather than stretching with effort) in seated and laying down poses. Relaxed muscles with a mental focus on deep steady breathing and sensation encourages a deeper sense of peace and release. Individualized options will be offered for all poses. The second half of class will be laying down, covered in blankets and lightly listening to a guided relaxation that will take you deep within to a state of yoga nidra or non-sleep deep rest.
